Q. I had an endiscopic browlift about 2 years ago and was very happy with the results. I do have one issue with the outer edge of my eye as they are still hooded by skin on both sides. Is there a procedure that would lift the outer brow only? I do not want to have botox injections. Thank you
A. A temporal lift would address this. If you have a scar in the temple from your previous brow lift, this could be used again and a tightening and lifting of the outer brow done. If you have extra skin in the upper lids, an upper lid tuck might be advised that removes the excess skin and the hooding. Both these procedures can be done under a local anaesthetic as a day case.Have you asked the surgeon who did your brow lift for an opinion? RegardsLeRoux Fourie
