Q. Will having upper and lower surgery to my eyes improve my crows feet? Would you suggest another treatment . I do have bags under my eyes but Im not sure they are bad enough to have surgery yet. From recent enquiries I was told that Botox injections will not improve the bags. Can you offer me any advice please?
A. Thank you for your enquiry. Botox or equivalent injections reduce the appearance of crows feet lines. They will not improve the eyelid bags, and may occasionally make them worse. Blepharoplasty surgery can improve the eyelid bags, but will have more limited impact on the crows feet lines.But
